Hotel check in time 11 Hrs. & check out time is 12:00 Noon. Early check in and late check out requests can be considered subject to availability of rooms with applicable charges.
The room rates which are inclusive of buffet breakfast (MAP Plan) and dinner (CP Plan) Government taxes will be charged extra as applicable.
• 24 hrs. unlimited WIFI / Lan service available in the room. Daily newspaper facility is available.
• All rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without any prior notice. 2 Bottles of packed drinking water will be complimentary per night.
• Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms and public area.
• We request you to guarantee your reservation by paying 100%
• Non-guaranteed reservations three day prior to the date of arrival.
• All Guaranteed room reservations not cancelled three days prior to arrival would attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s room rate offered.
• Children below 6 years of age sharing the same bed will be complimentary. Children above 12 years of age will be charged as per adult policy.
• Non-residential/ visitors guests need to furnish valid ID Proof while visiting residential guests & visitors are not allowed into the guest rooms after 20:00 hrs.
• As per Government of India norms, you are requested to carry a valid photo-ID which features your address and present it at the time of Check-In (Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Passport, Driving License).
• Pan card/ Student ID / Office ID will not be considered as government ID. For Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa / OCI detailed are mandatory.
• 100% payment will be required in Advance for the booking.
• Guest has to pay extra if any damage happens to the hotel property or asset.
